The Walt Disney Company (EMEA) managed digital campaigns in over 30 markets, supporting global franchises such as Star Wars, Marvel, and Frozen. Maintaining global brand consistency while enabling large-scale local adaptation was a key challenge.

Implementation

Over the course of 20 years of collaboration with The Walt Disney Company Europe, we have:

  • were responsible for creating marketing and advertising materials and event management,
  • developed strategies for engaging and building loyalty with young internet users,
  • organized social campaigns,
  • launched and managed an online press center for journalists,
  • produced online games,
  • designed a tool for surveying the opinions of children and young people,
  • created and localized content for countries across EMEA – from Norway to South Africa and from Portugal to the Middle East,
  • implemented structured production workflows,
  • created a digital distribution platform based on reusable templates,
  • managed the design and delivery of interactive games and campaign hubs,
  • implemented gamification mechanisms to increase user time spent on the website,
  • oversaw localization processes across EMEA markets.
