Project

Digital brand transformation

Challenge

Adler Tools, a Polish distributor of professional tools for the industrial and construction sectors, faced operational inefficiencies in its marketing workflow. Promotional materials were produced manually, limiting scalability and slowing down campaign deployment. The website functioned primarily as a static showcase and did not support dynamic promotional management.

Scope of cooperation

The objective was to execute a comprehensive digital transformation:

  • build a scalable promotional content system,
  • redesign the website architecture to support dynamic campaigns,
  • increase conversion rates,
  • reduce manual marketing workload,
  • introduce AI as a supportive operational tool.

Implementation

SFERA:

  • conducted discovery workshops and business needs analysis,
  • designed a modular Design System in Figma (design tokens, reusable components),
  • restructured information architecture and implemented CMS-ready templates,
  • developed an AI prompt library to ensure brand-consistent content generation,
  • established new collaborative workflows between marketing and design,
  • provided ongoing strategic digital consultancy.

Effect of our work

  • significant reduction of manual workload in the marketing team,
  • faster campaign deployment cycles,
  • increased sales conversion,
  • transformation of the website into an operational marketing tool,
  • improved internal autonomy in managing promotional content.

Good word from the client

Thanks to SFERA’s unique design, the high quality of Adler tools has been given a prominent online presence and in promotional materials. This has made our offerings clearer and more attractive to partners and customers.
